Our kids yoga classes are designed to help teach kids compassion and mindfulness while learning many of the traditional hatha yoga poses. The kids will play games, act out stories, stretch, dance and move their bodies into lots of different yoga poses! They will also lay still, relax and breathe! This six week series consists of 5 classes, each 75 minutes in length. Ages: 4-8 years. All abilities, sizes, and personalities welcome!
